Active employment insurance claimants, or those whose benefits ended during the last 36 months (60 for maternity or parental benefits), income security recipients. |

Be an incorporated non-profit organisation and fit the CLD’s definition of an economically viable social economy enterprise. |

Maximum subsidy of 15,000$ by enterprise. |

Must not be used to repay a loan or for the regular functioning. |

Create long-term and quality jobs and generate autonomous incomes. |

ENVELOPPE TOURISTIQUE JACQUES-CARTIER |

Non-profit organization or private business combination working in tourism. |

Project that contributes to dialogue, development and quality tourism promotion. |

Loan and/or subsidy that doesn’t go over 50% of the allowable costs. |

To favour the acknowledgement of La Jacques-Cartier. |

To complete a value-added product. |
